The news reaching us is that Nollywood actress Mide
Martins has been rushed to the hospital barely a day after revealing some of
the messy details of her failed marriage.
The actress who is married to Afeez Abiodun but now
separated, was rushed to the hospital by a colleague yesterday after she
suffered a breakdown. It was gathered that after she was rushed to the
hospital, the colleague called Afeez Owo and narrated the development to
him telling him to come to the hospital.
Afeez allegedly did not come to the hospital until
much more later when the actresses friend had left the hospital.
The cause of the actress’ breakdown is as yet unknown.
Mide came on social media to blast her husband, and
made it clear to everyone that contrary to the stories making the rounds that
she moved out of their matrimonial home, it was actually her husband who moved
out and abandoned her and the kids.
Emotional breakdown is a terrible thing to
experience. Only yesterday, the popular and talented actress poured out her
heart. She has been going through marital problems and kept it to herself. She
thought she was being strong but nature had to take is cause. She has eventually
broken down.
Anyway, I wish her a speedy recovery and ask God to
intervene in her matter. It’s a terrible thing to feel used and dumped but be
strong Mide, you will overcome. God will fix this.
